I'm glad that folks found my comments encouraging. That's really what I strive for when critiquing a piece is to find what works first and emphasize the positives.

Ghost Town Grover Sez:
"Aw shucks, Ornery, thanks! That'll look right nice next to my Biggest Whopper trophy from Sheriff Austin that he gave me fer my story about the time I caught a half-ton trout in the Rio Grande an' fed the whole minin' camp."
Cactus Clem sez:
"Aw, dang, now I'm blushin'! I ain't never won nothin' before, though Grover sez if there was a trophy fer drinkin' the most beer in one night, I'd be a shoo-in.
