Never, and I mean do not ever, order a large appliance from Amazon.
I have always had good experiences with small appliance orders through Amazon.
I ordered my new freezer through Amazon because it was $75 less than ordering it through Wal-Mart.
The freezer was due yesterday and has not yet arrived.
I sent a message to the seller.
I can't find a way to contact the trucking company that's supposed to be delivering it.
Seriously, order your large appliances from Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, anyone but Amazon.
I will keep you posted.

I've had really bad Amazon experiences lately. My brother in law tried to send us a calendar from Amazon TWICE (I live overseas). It never arrived. TWICE. Though the Zon said it had been delivered... The third time was a charm. Meanwhile, Amazon didn't give my B.I.L. a refund, since the delivery was supposedly documented... sigh.
